ABOUT

Sanjoy Pal was born in Howrah, West Bengal, in the eastern region of India and was fortunate to be raised in the atmosphere of grandparents, aunt, uncles and cousins. After graduating in 1989 with a Bachelor of Architecture from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur (now the independent university Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology), he worked in Kolkata, New Delhi and the Middle-East. Sanjoy found the opportunity to work in different parts of the world and with fellow humans of various backgrounds an enriching experience.

Currently living in Canada with his wife, son and daughter as a Senior Project Architect, Sanjoy maintains a deep connection with his extended family, friends and the city of Kolkata, which he visits frequently. He speaks Bengali, Hindi and English.
